FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED

Should you have purchased a property in the area we offer a full project magement service for any building works or refurbishment that you may care to do.

We can take your project from inception to completion. We can arrange for an English speaking architect to meet you in order to discuss your plans, help with the planning process, if necessary,  request quotations from reputable builders or tradesmen in the area depending on the amount of work required.

Progress reports together with photographs are sent at each stage of the project to keep you completely up to speed with the progress of the work and we can also handle the stage payment liason making sure you pay for work actually done.

 As each project is different we need to discuss and formulate an individual plan with each client and the relevant builder/tradesmen. For us it is a time consuming part of our business and we therefore charge a flat fee of 10% of the cost of the project.
